Return to Paradise is the only large resort in Samoa still 100% owned by Samoans. Competing against some famous international brands, Return to Paradise won the coveted Supreme Award of Excellence at the 2019 Tourism Awards. This was a celebration for the whole village who all came out when the trophy was brought home
The whole village celebrates the win of the Supreme Award of Excellence. As the resort is 100% Samoan owned, it is also operated by matriarch Ramona and her family from the village. So everyone feels a pride in the win. This is a tribute to all the extended family
