Meet Kolio

KOLIO is our breakfast and lunch supervisor. But every so often, he disappears for a week or two. He is also an accredited international rugby referee and gets called away for duty – this year, he has referred in Samoa, Tuvalu, Tokelau and as far afield as Syria. He is also probably the only groom in history to miss his own wedding reception. He is so dedicated to his rugby, that there was a Samoa v Scotland test on at the same time and he just had to go and watch it. Kolio is married obviously to a very very long-suffering wife with xxx children.

Meet Aunty Lisi

AUNTY LISI – is aunty to everyone – she has been with the Resort since the beginning of the construction. She has looked after the welfare of all our 200 carpenters, tradesmen, and labourers. Now she is housekeeping manager ensuring that your rooms are clean and comfortable when you stay with us. Lisi has ….. children and …. Grandchildren
