This weekend has seen the opening of the first of the 13 new family villas being built at Return to Paradise Resort in Samoa.  The Resort already had 8 villas but due to popular demand for these villas, new villas were required.

“Our resort is proving very popular, with forward bookings up over 50% on last year,” says Resort General Manager Ramona Su’a Pale; “These are ownership villas and even the owners have not been able to book in at popular times.” The new family villas means that the older 8 villas are now being converted into beachfront suites This gives the resort two more beachfront room categories. There are 8 beachfront suites with full kitchen/lounge and deck, and 8 suites with huge patios.

There are 8 new 2-bedroom villas and 7 new 3-brm villas being built on what many describe as the most spectacularly beautiful  beach location in Samoa. All are fully self-contained and have interconnecting doors between all rooms, so they are proving very popular with families. The new villas will open progressively between now and November.

As ownership villas, the buyers get 30 nights per year allocation, plus 51%  of all net room revenue. The first new villa to be occupied is by proud owner Georgina Lui. “My parents already have a 2-bedroom villa at the Resort and as a family, we have been so delighted with it, we decided to buy a second one,” says Ms Lui; “We are absolutely thrilled with it. The location is stunning, views are breath-taking, the finish is amazing, and we are a part of the best resort in Samoa. We have a fabulous holiday home which is taken care of and earns an income for us when we are not there. What could be better than that?”

All thirteen new villas have sold out off the plans, so the Resort is launching a final stage of 8 new villas which have just been released to the market.
